Massif and Stations

A territory to be discovered

Situaded in the middle of the Haute-Savoie - between Lake Annecy and Mont Blanc and in close proximity to Geneva and its international airport - the impressive Aravis mountain range is the jewel of the French Alps.

This alpine treasure, has been home to a community for more than 10,000 years. A community that dares to be free, adventurous, proud of its agriculture and supportive of tourism.

La Clusaz,  Le Grand Bornand, Manigod and St Jean de Sixt are the four ski resorts that make up Le Massif des Aravis. Each of the resorts celebrates their differences but remain closely linked to each other. The charm of these villages is matched only by the charm of their inhabitants, truly authentic, relaxed, friendly and down to earth. These mountain villages have, in spite of their development, conserved their architectural heritage and are as a result, are one of the rare alpine territories to have successfully balanced tourism and agriculture much to the delight of visitors.
